If setting up HR functions and fostering a great culture excites you, we want to hear from you. Job DescriptionYour playing field:You will provide a strong level of support for employees based in Poland on all areas of HR.You will be responsible for the whole employee lifecycle. Consult with managers and providing daily HR guidance.Coach and support managers on performance management issues and ensure that relevant development areas and corrective plans are in place and monitored.Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements related to the management of employees and GDPR.Prepare payroll and employee relations documentation. Handle confidential matters with discretion.Align HR activities with other entities and work collaboratively with the wider HR team on global HR initiatives and programmes.QualificationsWhich skills you should bring to the pitch:Experienced. Have at least 4 years experience in a similar role. Would be a plus if one has experience in building up an HR function from scratch in Poland. Fluent in English and Polish (verbal and written). Tech Savvy. Good knowledge and experience of working with Excel and win some extra points with us by having relevant experience with HR systems.Collaborative. You will work with the finance team and other internal departments in providing HR data for internal reporting purposes and process HR related invoices.Enthusiastic. You demonstrate passion for providing a professional and positive experience for employees.Resilient.
